Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner
With over 5 years of NHS and private experience, I am commited to improve the mental health and general wellbeing of others, a goal of mine that I have sought out since a very early age. I have worked in various roles during my career, including supporting inpatients on psychiartic intensive care (PICU) and rehabilitation units to outpatients in primary care services. Graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology.
I have further trained in delivering g Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, qualifying now as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner and supporting those with:

I have various personal interests that bring me joy, including comedy in any capacity, video games and spending quality time with friends and family. I’m also an avid learner, I love to learn about the world, its history and geography, as well as, travelling as much as I possibly can!
